Red Velvet 2

HI I made pretty red velvet again this time, changing the recipe by a lil. My piping isn't very good yet, perhaps I was too gan chiong with the piping cos the cream cheese seemed rather soft this time. I totally forgot about the long day it has to last for tmr! I hope it doesn't get ruined on its way to school.

I think next baking session will be a cake! I hope I have the time, die tests die.

Red Velvet

Saw a fat cat while walking home.

Made red velvet for Aqilah's birthday after training. Nice?(: hehe

Have been really busy this week. Okay no it's every single week these days! This white kitty appeared at my door at 1am. No idea how it ended up here. But I couldn't let it into the house because kitty was pretty angry but was happily sleeping on my bed -.- I hope the kitty has found it's way home.

Went to the dentistry at NUH today for check up. They asked me so many questions and got me to move my jaw in different directions, super tiring la. Had my X-ray done + mould of my teeth. Pretty cool. I have 4 wisdom tooth?! But it's not growing yet so I don't have to extract it just yet.

Oh Jane's Bd too! Went to surprise her in school with Snow white balloon and hello kitty cake. She was totally caught by surprise because we didn't have school today. Such a success! Not forgetting the fat mac meal I had. Wrong choice....

Studied > tuition > twelve cupcakes!

Newly opened at united square by Daniel Ong and Jaime Teo, with assorted flavours of cupcakes. I wanna work there but they ain't hiring part time staffs at the moment :( I thought they needed a lot of improvement on their shop though. (plates, utensils, amount of cupcakes on the sleeves etc)

The cupcake was good that's for sure but it was rather tiny for $3 :/

Last test 2 tomorrow but I'm not done studying (1.11am now) 

I made a whole batch of 12 + 12 + 9 = 33 mini lemon cupcakes for the girls last Saturday as recovery food/breakfast. Love how people compliment my baking even though I though it wasn't good at all (': I'll continue baking for the people I love and at the same time improve on my baking! Actually you guys are my guinea pigs hehe you've been tricked all this while!

The really hot sun for hours really dried my skin out, it feels and looks horrible now though I'm really happy I've gotten a tan haha. Looking forward for 3 more trainings before Polite! So sexciting<: 1 more test left till the last and final one. 4 more weeks of school I can't wait for the holidays and over the sea trips and money ka ching to come in since i've the time to work. Immunology is being a bitch especially my biased facilitator that only knows how to shake her head when she speaks.

Just had the thought of whether I should start selling cakes/cookies/cupcakes? But I'm not sure if people would buy it :( + I'm not sure if I have the time. If anyone out there is interested could you just leave a comment? So I can gauge if people would buy then will consider if I'd start my little online shop at the moment(: Everything is made from scratch btw!
